A STORY by a mother, friend, daughter and pilgrim is now out for the public to reflect on.

Malou Coronacion has written a book, sharing her journey of faith.

“First of all, whom did I write this book for? For those who have undergone a devastating incident -- did you lose anything of value? Was in a terrible accident? Did you lose a loved one, someone really close to you? Do you feel crippled in the wake of that loss? Like you do not know anymore how to go on and move forward with your life? My brothers and sisters in GRIEF, I dedicate this book to you,” said Coronacion.

After the loss of her youngest daughter, the book project became a testament to her faith, pain and lifetime of healing.

“In my case, I lost my youngest daughter, my beautiful daughter Gaby at the age of 20. I lost her on our way to Manila one night and we encountered a fatal accident. I lost her after three days of being in a coma and after two brain operations.”

Her unwavering faith has brought the book to completion and the book is for the people wondering where God went during their trials, “Is God still with them now or when they were walking through a dark valley? A very dark episode in their journey, what the Bible calls “the valley of the shadow of death?” I will be walking with you through that valley in the middle chapter of this book, I will also be journeying with you as well, as we walk past and get up from that valley of the shadow of death. Come with me, as we walk through that difficult and very dark place uphill to a place of joy and hope. Together, let’s feel our loving Father’s guiding hand, His voice, His tender love as he leads us from that valley into the light.”
