“This tripartite partnership guarantees to provide opportunities for a proper livelihood to the sector that needs it the most, accelerate and strengthen the smooth hiring process of the skilled workforce requirement of Aboitiz Construction projects while providing flexible, cost-effective, and socially responsible solutions for manpower placement and protecting the welfare and rights of the youth workers,” matod ni Nina Ylagan-Pedro, ACI vice president for corporate affairs & services.

Bisan sa pandemiya, ang PBEd ug United States Agency for International Development (USAid) mipatuman sa three-part flexible training for work program nga gitumong sa unemployed ug out-of-school youth pinaagi sa YouthWorks PH project. Kini nagkinahanglan og remote mentoring, employability modules, Tesda-recognized theoretical online o kaha face-to-face education, gisundan sa extensive in-company training sa pagpangulo sa ACI.

“Aboitiz Construction will be offering work-related learning opportunities for our youth beneficiaries,” matod ni Ylagan-Pedro.

Ang ACI motrabaho uban sa Asiapro sa pagseguro nga ang mapili nga benepisaryo mao kadtong dunay insakto nga kapasidad ug mgsa giminahangla sa paghimo sa in-company extensive training. Ang Asiapro maoy pioneer multipurpose cooperative sa Pilipinas, diin naghatag og customized managed services ug nagtutok sa manpower placement. Sila naghatag og opurtunidad sa skilled workers proper compensation, statutory benefits, ug dividends sa kompaniya.
