A NOTORIOUS drug den in Barangay Dapdap was discovered and crashed by combined elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Central Luzon-Bataan Provincial Office and the local police of Mabalacat City.

PDEA-Central Luzon Director Christian Frivaldo said the clandestine facility found in Madapdap Resettlement Site was a den for illegal drug users around the area.

During the operation, six personalities were also arrested and 15 grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) with an estimated street value of P102,000 were seized.

The suspects were identified as Randy V. Sevilla, 29; Wilfredo Montaray, 57; Riza S. Dizon, 35; Virgilio V. Ortega; Daniel C. Catanghal, 19; and Eduardo C. Mercado, 47, all residents of Mabalacat City.

The suspects are now detained at PDEA-Central Luzon Jail Facility while charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being set for filing against them.
