Pampanga Covid-19 cases reach 6,238; deaths at 312

SOME 312 people have since died from the coronavirus in Pampanga according to a bulletin of the provincial government, with confirmed cases now at 6,238 cases, as of Wednesday, December 23.

Of the 6,238 cases, some 5,275 have already recovered, while 651 are still active.

Most active cases are in Angeles City with 205 cases, Mabalacat City with 129 cases and the City of San Fernando with 135.

Towns with a considerable number of active cases include Porac with 22 active cases, Guagua with 31 and Floridablanca with 21.

The province’s major cities still hold the rank for the most number of active cases, as of Wednesday. Angeles City has the most number of active cases at 1,609 cases, followed by the City of San Fernando with 1,268 cases. Mabalacat City is at a close third with 881 cases.

Among municipalities, Guagua has the most number of cases with 387 confirmed cases, followed by Porac with 263 and Mexico with 255.

Most of the mortalities are in Angeles with 92 cases, followed by the City of San Fernando with 53 cases and Guagua with 29 cases of coronavirus-related deaths.
