Policeman shot by unidentified men in Lapasan

A POLICEMAN was shot along the highway in Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 26, 2020.

Police investigators identified the officer as Patrolman Roy Aguas who was assigned at the Regional Police Holding and Accounting Unit of the Police Regional Office-Northern Mindanao.

According to the initial investigation of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office, the victim was shot by unknown suspects while he was on board his motorcycle.

Investigation is still ongoing.
