THE number 1 most wanted personality of this the City of San Fernando, Pampanga was arrested by local authorities over the weekend.
Police Regional Office-Central Luzon Director Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon identified the suspect as Oliver Parungao, a resident of Barangay San Felipe, City of San Fernando.
Parungao was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant for a rape case issued by Family Court Branch 9 Judge Honorable Rohermia Jamsani-Rodriguez.
De Leon said the arrest of Parungao is part of the police's campaign to make all offenders accountable to the law.
“We continue to step up our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region and we will not stop until we have accounted them all," he said.
