2 most wanted persons in Pampanga arrested

CAMP OLIVAS -- The two most wanted persons in the province of Pampanga were arrested by authorities in separate manhunt operations on Monday, January 11.

Police Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon, Police Regional Office (PRO)-Central Luzon director, said that Ronnel Sevilla, 27, a resident of Barangay Dapdap, Mabalacat City, was arrested by joint operatives of Mabalacat City Police Station and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Operatives of Apalit Municipal Police Station also apprehended the number seven most wanted person in Apalit identified as Jefferson Ilonggo, a resident of Sitio Sampaga, Barangay San Vicente, Apalit. He was nabbed through an arrest warrant for frustrated homicide.

De Leon said the entire PRO-Central Luzon will continue to re-invigorate

its anti-criminality campaigns, including accounting of wanted persons, and intensified drive against loose firearms while maximizing efforts to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs amid the Covid-19 pandemic. (PR)
