This year marks the launch of the sedan fleet of Lalamove, which has long been requested by its loyal customers. This new fleet will feature 200 kilograms (kg) of weight capacity with dimensions of 3.5 x 2 x 2.5 ft. It falls perfectly between the motorcycle and the MPV category, promising a significant capacity upgrade from the motorcycle fleet and lower prices compared to the 300 kg MPVs.
Business users stand to benefit from the new category as the food and beverage industry and online marketplaces have shown a steady increase in demand for four-wheel deliveries. In addition, this opens up great earning opportunities to more people whose livelihood has been affected by the pandemic.
