A 65-YEAR-OLD barangay captain was shot and killed in Alangalang, Leyte Tuesday, January 19, 2020.
Police identified the victim as Benjamin Padullion, the captain of Barangay Cambahanon, Alangalang.
He was shot by an unidentified gunman around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday along the national highway of Barangay Bobonon of the said town.
