THE Pampanga Agricultural State University (Psau) signed a memorandum of understanding with Mayor Dante Torres for the implementation of the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVet) Program Registration and Accreditation System (Upras).
Psau President Honorio Soriano Jr. signed the agreement with Torres at the Municipal Hall over the weekend.
The agreement aims to provide scholarships for students of the Guagua Community College through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority covering the qualification in the Upras program and online training.
The agreement also aimed to train scholars identified by the Guagua Community College and provide linkages for the processing of products derived from crops and poultry and allow sharing of available facilities.
