WILL the Warning -- prophesied by the Blessed Mother in Garabandal and Medjugorje and even by Our Lord Jesus Christ in Poland -- happen very, very soon? This seems to be the case in recent revelations through credible Catholic mystics of these days.
Consider what our Blessed Mother told Gisella Cardia last February 13:
"My children, thank you for being here in prayer. My sweet children, how I would like to place you in the front line among my fighters, my soldiers of light: be worthy, love my Jesus; do not be gloomy, but love diligently. Children, in this period many of you will be transformed and filled with the Holy Spirit in order to be able to have our light; many others will feel empty, almost having the sense of not having God's comfort. This condition will make you suffer greatly, but do not be afraid, God will never abandon you. This state will make you understand what it is like when you walk away -- even unconsciously, and where it could lead you. Remember that this suffering will, however, be for the elevation of your spirit.
"CHILDREN, WE ARE PREPARING YOU FOR THE WARNING: you will come back stronger than before, in faith and in prayer, so do not fear - suffering will bring Grace. Pray children, because wicked men will make a mockery of this humanity, taking it towards the abyss, but you should fight and love: no one will touch my faithful remnant. Now I leave you with my Maternal Blessing, in the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen."
In Garabandal, the prophesied Warning is to be followed by the Great Miracle and, conditionally, the Chastisement as never before experienced in human history.
Let's review what has been said about the Warning which had been a frequent subject in my past columns. Here's an interview of Garabandal visionary Mari Loli way back in 1965:
Q: "If you are not allowed to tell me the exact year [of the Warning], perhaps you could tell me approximately when it will happen."
A: "Yes, it will be at that time when the world will most need it."
Q: "When is that?"
A: "When Russia will unexpectedly and suddenly overrun and overwhelm a great part of the free world. God does not want this to happen so quickly. In any case the Warning will come when you will see that Holy Mass cannot be celebrated freely anymore; then it will be that the world will most need the intervention of God."
In another interview also in 1965, visionary Conchita said our Blessed Mother told her that "When Communism comes again everything will happen."
The interview went on:
Q:"What do you mean by 'comes again'?"
A: "Yes, when it newly comes again."
Q: "Does that mean that communism will go away before that?"
A: "I don't know. The Blessed Virgin simply said 'when communism comes again.'"
Those who have done much research on Garabandal have quoted Serafin Gonzalez, brother of Conchita, as once hearing his sister say during an apparition that the Warning would happen after the Church is confronted by "something like a schism."
Those who keep abreast of what's happening the world today will most likely find these prophecies quite credible. The Joe Biden presidency has been criticized as "leftist," a term associated with socialism, if not communism, even amid the belligerence of both China and Russia. This, even as Pope Francis continues to earn critics within the hierarchy of the Church itself, reminding us of the Marian prophecy in Akita, Japan (1973) of conflicts among cardinals, bishops and priests who would be "on their way to perdition and would take many souls with them."
Jesus Christ must have also touched on the Warning as an extraordinary healing balm for all before the Chastisement when He told St. Faustina Kowlska: "I do not want to punish aching mankind, but I desire to heal it, pressing it to my Merciful Heart. I use punishment when they themselves force me to do so; my hand is reluctant to take hold of the sword of justice."
Our Lord also told St. Faustina: "Before the Day of Justice, I am sending the Day of Mercy. I cannot punish even the greatest sinner if he makes an appeal to my compassion, but on the contrary, I justify him in my unfathomable and inscrutable mercy. Tell sinners that no one shall escape my hand; if they run away from my Merciful Heart, they will fall into my just hands."
St. Faustina herself was allowed to experience in advance the Warning. She recalled:
"Once I was summoned to the judgment [seat] of God. I stood alone before the Lord. Jesus appeared such as we know him during his Passion. After a moment, his wounds disappeared except for five, those in his hands, his feet and his side. Suddenly I saw the complete condition of my soul as God sees it. I could clearly see all that is displeasing to God. I did not know that even the smallest transgressions will have to be accounted for."
What a moment! Who can describe it? To stand before the thrice -- holy God! Jesus asked me, "Who are you?" I answered, "I am your servant Lord." "You are guilty of one day of fire in purgatory." I wanted to throw myself immediately into the flames of purgatory, but Jesus stopped me and said, "Which do you prefer, suffer now for one day in purgatory or for a short while on earth?" I replied, "Jesus, I want to suffer in purgatory, and I want to suffer also the greatest pains on earth, even if it were until the end of the world."
Jesus also told St. Faustina: "...sin and the evils committed by mankind are too great, no longer will I spare my judgment to correct the conscience of mankind as a whole, but this Devotion and Chaplet [of Unity] prayed with repentance, confidence and love, will heal, save, and unite souls to my mercy who otherwise would be lost."
In a recent revelation, Our Lord Jesus Himself had words that also strongly indicated that the Warning is not far away in our days. This, in the next column.
