PROPERTY developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. announced today, Feb. 19, 2021, that it is setting aside P4 billion to build its first iconic tower in one of Cebu’s business districts.
Set to be completed in 2025, Masters Tower Cebu will offer prime office and retail spaces and a five-star luxury hotel—Sofitel Cebu City, which will be operated by multinational chain Accor, a world-leading hospitality group headquartered in France.
Masters Tower Cebu will rise on a 2,840 square-meter property in a prime corner lot in Cebu Business Park.
The project planned and designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) in tandem with GF Partners and Architects will start construction in the second quarter of 2021. (KOC)
