THE San Carlos City Anti-Drug Abuse Council conducted a surprise drug test on the Barangay Public Safety Officers or "tanods" in Barangays 1 to 6 on February 24, 2021, at the Barangay 3 covered court.
Barangay 6 Punong Barangay & ABC President Ronaldo Batusin requested for said drug testing were out of the 120 subjects, only 80 arrived and submitted themselves to the test.
The aid activity was also facilitated by the staff of the City Health Office. (PR)
