"SANA ol or Na ol" (Sana all) is a slang expression that is used by young people today to wish for an individual's success or luck to spread to other people, mostly barkadas. It's a phrase which means 'I hope everyone experience that.' "Sana all may bagong kotse. Sana all may date. Sana all walang pasok."
But this means that we are in hope that one day we will be in a better and more comfortable situation and be rewarded with the fine things we see on social media -- a love life, a career, a travel goal, a house, a happy family, a vacation and what not.
Do not allow "sana all" to be an "expression of desperation" to have things immediately at our hands for instant gratification. It's not meant to trigger depression.
One day means we have to wait and work. Yes it is not merely a waiting game. While waiting for that one day, we have to hustle ourselves up. Be better, wiser, stronger, more sensible, more mature and at some point be bolder.
