A SPACIOUS and bright kitchen installed with heavy duty equipment and everything else you need for cooking is all inside Combinado, the first cloud kitchen in North Luzon.

The brains behind Combinado were young entrepreneurs John Howard Roque, 24; and Reuven Azriel Alzaga, 23.
Kapampangan chef and restaurateur Vincent Leonard Garcia helped the young entrepreneurs develop their idea and turn it into reality through CVG Consultancy.
According to Alzaga, the concept of Combinado came when online food businesses started booming at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
"If these businesses want to expand in terms of production, but they do not have enough budget yet for a bigger kitchen, Combinado can provide a solution for that," he said.
The Combinado kitchen includes a core set of equipment such as stoves, ovens, pots, knives, dry, cool, and frozen storage. The kitchen also includes utilities, a wash facility and waste management system.
Combinado kitchen equipment uses brands like Unox and Bravo Steel which are known for their great quality.
Chef Garcia said, "All you need to bring is yourself," since Combinado can also provide the needed ingredients of anyone renting the kitchen.
During the launching of the Combinado kitchen over the weekend, Alzaga and Roque also introduced Oh Good Grub, their very own online-based food business.
Roque shared that Oh Good Grub will utilize Combinado kitchen in preparing their products.
Oh Good Grub features comfort finger foods like burgers, sausage buns, fries, and chicken wings which can be ordered through popular delivery applications.
Combinado kitchen is located in 34-27a Sarita St. Diamond Subdivision, Balibago, Angeles City.
