Police nabs 3 wanted persons in Pampanga

THREE wanted personalities were arrested during the implementation of manhunt operations in Pampanga on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.

Pampanga Police Provincial Office Director Director Colonel Arnold Ibay identified the arrested persons as Kelvin Bautista, 32, of the City of San Fernando; Ariel De Leon, 32, of Lubao town and Romy Boy Tira, 25, of Porac town.

Bautista was nabbed during the operation launched by joint elements of San Fernando police and Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Unit for ten counts of violation of Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.

Meanwhile, De Leon was arrested by Lubao police for qualified theft with P40,000 recommended bail, while Tira was collared by Porac police for Violation of Provincial Ordinance no.756 in relation to RA 11332, an ordinance requiring the mandatory wearing of prescribed face mask and observance of physical distancing.
