Niabag usab niini ang Cebu For Human Rights ug Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG), alang sa pagluwat og Writ of Habeas Corpus
Ang DSWD andam mopresentar kang Mekaella Dorothy sa korte, apan mangayo sila og kahigayunan sa pagpresentar sa ilang habig.
Matod sa DSWD nga duna silay gisunod nga proseso.
Si Mekaella Dorothy apil sa unom ka minors nga gitugyan ngadto sa kustodiya sa DSWD 7 human sa "rescue operation" sa retreat house nga gipanag-iya sa mga pari nga SVD sa University of San Carlos-Talamban Campus niadtong Pebrero 15.
Nadakpan usab ang 22 ka mga lumad.
