SUMMER is in the offing and it's a good time to go out and have some leisure on a fine coast with strong currents.

I had a chance to have a short site seeing in a local beach somewhere in Southern Negros and it amazed me to see strong waves smacking huge rocks queueing near the shoreline.

Paradiso beach is located in the town of Hinigaran. It is airy and the beach has strong ripples. It is distinct from other beaches juxtaposing it.

It showcased the browny sifted sand that complemented the infinity of the sea and the sky.

The sunrise and sunset can be captured by cellphone lenses and by an eye that inclines with the beauty and the arts.

The owners who are known to be environmentalists put up a statue of Poseidon, the god of the sea, facing the beachfront. When you take a snapshot of Poseidon, it blends with the panoramic scenery of the shore.

Its figure is picturesque in a clear sky and at sunset.

According to studies, beaches are the best origin of tranquility. Such places can also be the best outlet for stress. Beaches are also known to revive one's vitality and good health.

When one is soaked in beach water, he experiences rebuilding of one's energy.

One can throw all his cares simultaneously to the splash of the waves. Nature has its way of healing what's required. The mind can be calmed by letting it go with the flow of the tides.

Indeed, this Paradiso beach is a remarkable place. The low and high tides seem to be at their equality. The best place to relax, refresh, and revitalize.
