JOINT police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives have arrested a high-value target drug personality in an anti-drug operation in the province of Zamboanga del Sur, an official said Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
Police Captain Edwin Duco, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested suspect as Junjevic Abagon Allere, 25, who has been listed by PDEA as the number 6 drug personality.
Duco said Allere was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 5:40 p.m. Monday, March 8, in Purok 2 in Mati village, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.
Seized from the suspect were some P34,000 worth of substance believed to be shabu, P500 marked money and other illegal drug paraphernalia.
Duco said the suspect was detained at the lock-up cell of the PDEA while formal charges are set to be filed against him. (SunStar Zamboanga)
