ALSONS Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) proudly introduces its latest commercial development, Poblacion Market Central.

Strategically located along C. Bangoy Street, in the former location of the Madrazo Fruit Stand, between the crossroads of old downtown Davao and the city's new CBD, this new commercial development is set to enhance the local dining and shopping scene.

Poblacion Market Central will become the new address of Aldevinco Shopping Center, Alsons Dev's first commercial development with a history spanning over 50 years.

Taking pride in its tenants, especially the third generation of shop owners who are actively engaged in promoting Mindanao art and culture, Alsons Dev aims to continue the legacy of promoting local and Mindanao culture, heritage, and identity through Poblacion Market Central.

Another highlight of this new development is a 12-stall food hall that promises diners curated food concepts in a fun and stimulating ambiance. Built to adapt to post-Covid preferences, the food hall will include a take-out window to offer convenience to patrons.

Other notable features of the development are its half basement for parking and al fresco common spaces that are relatively safer than enclosed, airconditioned spaces. With indoor landscaping and natural ventilation technology, it is a safe oasis in the busy city center where patrons can safely enjoy their shopping and dining experience.

Come Q3 2021, Poblacion Market Central will be an exciting addition to the growing dining and shopping destinations in Davao City.
