AFTER a year of helping thousands of foodpreneurs reach their consumers during this time of Covid-19 pandemic, Cebu’s online food community Let’s Eat Bai (LEB) has assured it will continue to be a platform for entrepreneurs.

LEB Holdings Inc. president JP Chiongbian told SunStar Cebu that LEB remains to support thousands of entrepreneurs through its Certified Vendors Program (CVP) which gives foodpreneurs access not only to the LEB page and LEB delivery app but also to Sugbo Mercado.

“Because of the community we all created, we really built it, what is becoming the foremost institution when it comes to entrepreneurship in e-commerce, digital and onsite,” Chiongbian said.

There are about 150 entrepreneurs enrolled under the CVP.

Let’s Eat Bai will celebrate its first anniversary on Sunday, March 21 with a week-long anniversary activity where the organizers will be giving recognition to the first few people who posted and were active in the Facebook group.

They will also be hosting a “Let’s Eat Bai’s Best” where they will be awarding members of the Let’s Eat Bai community based on categories like sweets and meals, among others.

The awarding will be done virtually. (JOB)
