Nanawagan ang Provincial Board (PB) sa mga lokal nga kagamhanan sa probinsya ug national government agencies sa Sugbo sa pagtabang sa mga Sugboanon nga first time applicants nga mahimong sayon ang pag-apply og trabaho taliwa ning pandemya.
Kini pinaagi sa pag-waive sa bayad sa mga rekisitos nga lukaton gikan sa munisipyo ug barangay.
Mga rekisitos nga sama sa barangay clearance, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance , Community Tax Certificate, certificate of birth, certificate of marriage, police clearance ug uban pa angay ihatag nga libre sa first time applicants.
Si PB Member Glenn Anthony Soco sa sixto distrito sa lalawigan sa Sugbo nga maoy nangamahan ug niduso sa resolusyon nagkanayon nga nakita sa Hunta Probinsyal ang importansya sa trabaho ning panahon sa pandemya nga niresulta sa krisis sa nasud.
Matod ni Soco nga dili haom ang padayon nga pagpaningil og bayad sa mga Sugboanon nga mao pay nawad-an og trabaho tungod sa pandemya.
“Job seekers are constrained to comply and submit the necessary documents to would-be/prospective employers while new hires are required to complete requirements before they shall be admitted.... Needless to say, it is quite inconsiderate and even oppressive to compel displaced workers who are in pursuit of new employment to shell out at least a thousand pesos in order to comply and be given the option to land another job,” gilatid sa resolusyon.
Dugang ni Soco nga kon padayon kini nga buhaton, mas mosaka ug modaghan ang mga Sugboanon nga wa gihapoy trabaho ug pangita.
“It is evident that a jobseeker without a few hundred pesos can never find a job for the primary reason that he/she cannot comply with the documentary requirements of the employer,” gilatid sa resolusyon.
Gawas sa maong resolusyon, giduso usab ni Soco ang resolusyon nga nag-ulohan nga nag-awhag sa mga Public Employment Offices (Peso) nga mohingusog sa paghatag og dan nga daghan ang mahatagan og kahigayunan nga makatrabaho.
Ang duha ka mga resolusyon gipasar sa PB sa Marso 22, 2021 atol sa regular session niini.
Tinguha sa PB nga makabalik og makabangon pag-usab ang mga Sugboanon ning panahon sa kalisod ug krisis nga padayong gisagubang sa nasud. (ANV)
