Fight burnout with these self-help tips

IN ANOTHER article, we wrote about the four stages of burnout, which are caused by many things, but mostly by prolonged and excessive stress.

It has been worse these days. Many people have gotten the “pandemic burnout”—the real deal that should not be taken lightly with all that has been happening in the world lately.

That being said, there are ways to make the world a kinder place to live in for yourself or for someone who needs it to be. Many of these ways come with a shift in perspective.

Luckily, there are quite a bunch of factors that can help someone prevent or recover from burnout, too.
