A MANHUNT is underway in Biliran after a 30-year-old rape suspect escaped from the provincial jail Friday, March 26, 2021.
The accused, Simion Combate, bolted out from the custodial facility by climbing the perimeter fence at the rear side of the Biliran Provincial Jail around 12:45 a.m. Friday.
The accused is a resident of Sitio Lupa, Barangay Calumpang, Naval, Biliran. (SunStar Philippines)
