PROPERTY DEVELOPER Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) launched Friday, March 27, 2021, another condominium project in Mandaue City through joint venture firm Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc.

This latest high-rise project costs P3 billion in development and will be called Mandtra Residences. It will be managed and developed by CLI.

Mandtra Residences offers condo units from 21 square meters to 41 square meters with prices ranging from P2.35 million to P4.17 million. This three-tower project sits on a 12,405-square-meter property on P. Basubas St., Tipolo, Mandaue City.

The project, which will have a lush tropical theme, is CLI’s fourth project in Mandaue City.

CLI said it already started pre-selling the first tower of Mandtra Residences early this month. The tower, which has a total of 595 units ranging from studio to one-bedroom units, is already 60 percent sold out in just three weeks.

The first tower is set for completion in 2025.

“We want to strengthen our leadership in our home base, and this joint venture enables us to have access to high-value locations that allow us to offer (space to) a new generation of Cebuano entrepreneurs and professionals seeking upgraded living spaces. Our exceptional sales velocity indicates we are indeed meeting a highly felt need,” said Jose Soberano III, president and chief executive officer of CLI.

Mandtra Residences features a retail podium, a sky garden, clubhouse with adult and kiddie pools, jogging paths, fitness gym and chapel.

According to CLI, the planning for Mandtra Residences took place at the height of the 2020 pandemic, so the design placed a premium on healthy living and a balanced well-being with its generous array of amenities and lush open spaces.

“Under this new normal, owning a home is important, but owning a home that prioritizes your well-being is even more essential,” said CLI’s chief operating officer, director and senior vice president Jose Franco Soberano during the virtual launching.

Mandtra Residences, according to CLI, will be the first in a planned series of projects from Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc.

“Our partnership believes in the innate dynamism and abilities of Cebuano entrepreneurs and professionals and hope to meet their aspirations beginning with well-planned residential communities,” Soberano said. (KOC)
