MEMBERS of the family who were onboard a yellow Sedan that figured in an accident on Cebu South Coastal Road in Talisay City on Friday, April 2, are safe.

Talisay City Mayor Gerald Anthony “Samsam” Gullas Jr. said in a Facebook post that the accident happened around 10 a.m. of Good Friday.

A video of the incident showed the yellow Sedan was running fast when it swerved and crashed into a structure on the side of the road.

Gullas reminded the public to drive safely.

"Please stay safe guys bisan wala kaayo cars sa road cause of the holidays. Dili lang ta pakusog," he said.

(Please stay safe guys even if there are only few cars on the road because of the holidays. Let us drive safely.)

One of those onboard the vehicle was a four-year-old child, he added. (RDR)
