THE Cebu Provincial Government will continue to promote its flagship “Suroy-Suroy Sugbo” to Luzon-based tourists even though the National Capital Region (NCR) and other neighboring areas are currently under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) status.

Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia told reporters that she wants to offer the same airfare for tourists living in Luzon, particularly those who plan to fly to Cebu via the Clark International Airport in Pampanga.
