What is Indian Fusion?

Have you ever tried Indian Pizza or Nutella samosas?

If you haven’t, then you have yet to try Indian Fusion Cebu!

One of the silver linings in the past year of the pandemic was the boom of homegrown culinary creations. And that stands to be true even with 2020’s Best of Cebu, where many new players came in to shake up the competition.

One of these new restaurants, Indian Fusion Cebu, nabbed a spot in the runners-up for Best Indian Food.

Indian Fusion Cebu serves authentic Indian flavors in classic and fusion dishes that aim to bring an exciting gastronomic experience for Cebuanos as well as a taste of home to their Indian customers.

Still staying true to Indian cooking methods and using authentic Indian herbs and spices, the brand advocates serving Indian food that does not only satisfy your stomach but also your soul.

One of the minds behind Indian Fusion, Chef Arifa, came from a family of chefs and learned about Indian cuisine at the age of 11. In culinary school, she met and eventually married Chef Vincent, her partner and co-owner of the brand. Their dynamic teamwork perfectly represents the blend of flavors in the unique food they create.

If you’re craving, you can drop by their stall in Sugbo Mercado at IT Park or message them on Facebook and Instagram at Indian Fusion Cebu for deliveries.

Deliveries are scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. while the branch is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
