THE top most wanted personality in Central Luzon was arrested by authorities on Tuesday, April 6.
Police Regional Office-Central Luzon Director Brigadier General Valeriano De Leon said a warrant of arrest was served against Gerald Chingcuangco in Floridablanca town.
Chingcuangco, who was a prime suspect in a rape incident that transpired in Barangay Mabical, Floridablanca, has been in hiding for nearly six years since his arrest warrant was issued in May 2015.
De Leon said the regional and its provincial and local police continue to work closely to ensure that Central Luzon will be a safe place for good citizens, and never for lawless elements.
