Hinigaran Medical Clinic inaugurated

HEALTH is wealth. It is an essential concern of everyone especially now that the Covid-19 pandemic continues to harm those who are vulnerable to the virus.

Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson graced the inauguration of the Hinigaran Medical Clinic located along Burgos Street, Barangay III recently with the presence of Hinigaran Mayor Jose Nadie Arceo, Vice Mayor Teresita Gabrido, Hinigaran Sangguniang Bayan Members, medical officers, and representatives from the Department of Health among others.

This medical clinic aims to serve the medical needs of the people of Hinigaran especially now that it is hard to avail for health services when one gets sick amid the pandemic.

Mayor Arceo thanked the local officials and the different government agencies for their support and cooperation shown which led to the realization of the project.

This project is intended for the well-being of Hinigaranons and their neighboring towns and cities. The two-story medical facility will be operational upon completion of all the permits and licenses necessary to operate, Mayor Arceo said.

He also thanked Governor Lacson for the support and for providing the counterpart funds to the current projects of the town and he looks forward to the continued support of the governor in the future projects and worthy undertakings of the local government.

Governor Lacson, on the other hand, urged Hinigaranons to keep safe and continue to follow health protocols as the safe means to avoid Covid-19 infection.

He also congratulated the officials of the Local Government of Hinigaran for taking such initiative to put up their own medical clinic for their constituents.

This medical facility is a big help in addressing the health concerns of Hinigaranons, he said.

He further urged them to ensure that the medical facility will truly serve its purpose of helping those who seek medical attention in the said facility.
