BACOLOD. House Minority Leader Caraps Paduano formally opens a multi-purpose building in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City, which is one of the projects of Abang Lingkod Partylist in Bacolod City. Since 2014, Paduano has been providing projects and programs for the people of Negros and Bacolod as a manifestation of love to his home island and devotion to public service. (PR)
