THIS high-rise building situated at the center of Davao City -- Aeon Towers, has been here for years but it’s only last month when I finally get to enter and experience some of its exceptional offerings and amenities.
Aeon Luxe Properties VP for sales and marketing Almira Mariano and marketing assistant Jill Bravo gave us a quick tour of the tower’s state-of-the-art Club Aeon floor, along with some of the model corner units and fully furnished units.

After alighting from the elevator, you’ll be greeted by the spacious and stylish lounge of Club Aeon.
“Homeowners are starting to enjoy this part of the property, here they can have coffee, tea, and dine with their friends, family, or colleagues in various spaces of their choice,” Mariano shared.
The club also has prepared rooms fitted for both intimate and large group meetings.
A bar on the same floor is also open to serve homeowners snacks and meals.
Other amenities include a fully-equipped gym, a led-lit outdoor pool, and a kid’s playroom.
For non-homeowners who want to have a taste of Aeon’s brand of luxury, the property now offers short and long-term room stays in few of their fully furnished premium units through their Aeon Rental Management Program.
