(Foreword: This is the continuation of our response to Carlota Ball on the problematic brown spots on her face.)

DEAR Carlota Ball,

Another way to use buttermilk for your problem is mixing four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice or calamansi juice and applying this mixture on the affected skin.

3. Castor Oil

If you can’t get some castor oil, use vitamin E oil, coconut oil, olive oil or almond oil to remove those brown spots naturally. So, here’s how you do this:

Apply the castor oil using a cotton ball on the affected area.

Massage the area gently for a few minutes.

Leave this for a few hours and rinse it off.

You can do this once in the morning and once at bedtime to help those brown spots fade.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar

This is how you do this:

Thin out some apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water. You can also add some honey to help you with the sting. Now, apply this mixture on your brown spots and wash it off after a few minutes. Do this once a day for a few days or until you get the positive results you are dreaming of. You can use just the apple cider vinegar, but this may sting. But, if you are alright with the sting, then, you may go ahead with just the apple cider vinegar and water combination.

You can also mix one-half teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a few tablespoons of orange juice. Apply the mixture on the affected area and leave this on until it dries completely before you rinse it off. Repeat this ritual once or twice a day for four to five weeks for you to see the results.

We’re running out again of space. Until then again!
