MAGALANG Mayor Romulo Pecson has recovered from coronavirus disease (Covid-19) and is set to complete a home quarantine period.

The mayor thanked his townmates from their prayers and morale support.

Pecson also thanked Governor Dennis Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia Pineda for helping him in his hospitalization.

The mayor was confined at the Greencity Medical Center in the City of San Fernando last week after experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. He later tested positive for the virus and received help from the governor.

Pecson was released from the hospital on Monday, April 12.

Pecson also appealed to the people of Magalang to pray for the recovery of other patients from the virus and pandemic.
