A P2 BILLION three-tower residential condominium will soon rise in Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City.

This newest project by Sterling Land Residences and Development Inc. named Guada Verde Towers is a quarantine-friendly designed residential project.

“It’s quarantine-friendly because it is situated in a sprawling 1.2-hectare development and our amenities have the Trinity Concept with the jogging trails and meditation gardens. Those who will live here can go places and can still be together in the same community,” said Sterling Land president and chief executive officer Marilou Padilla during the project’s groundbreaking activity Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

The Trinitarian Concept, according to Padilla, is the “fountain of life that welcomes all unit owners to an atmosphere of peace and harmony.”

Padilla said each tower of Guada Verde will have 12 floors.

The development will also be complemented by a two-level mini strip mall.

Architect Daryl Balmoria-Garcia said the condominium project will have a total of 1,715 units. Tower 1 will have 682 units, Tower 2 (727 units) and Tower 3 (306 units). It will also have 24 commercial spaces for the planned mall strip.

Guada Verde Towers offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with unit sizes ranging from 22.4 square meters to 39.4 square meters ideal for startup families, young professionals and retirees.

The entire development is expected to be completed in seven years.

The project’s amenities include a three-storey clubhouse that boasts of a swimming pool, a function hall, gym facilities surrounded by a fitness ramp and a roof garden. It will also have a chapel and a grotto.

Padilla said there are still backlogs in the housing development in Cebu, prompting them to launch more residential projects.

She said the demand from the usual markets like the overseas Filipino workers is still strong and with this development, she is hoping to blaze a trail in the mid-rise segment.

With units starting at P2.1 million to P2.2 million, Padilla said the project will be affordable and of top quality.

Sterling Land made its debut in real estate development in Cebu in 2014. Some of its projects are The Skyline Residences, a 25-storey condominium in Barangay Apas, Santa Monica Estate and Minglanilla Highlands.

It also has an upcoming horizontal project in Buena Hills, Guadalupe. (JOB)
