PRIVATE businesses have donated resources to help in Pampanga’s coronavirus disease (Covid-19) response.

About 100,000 boxes of vitamins were donated by Lloyd Laboratories Inc. to the Provincial Government of Pampanga.

Governor Dennis Pineda received the donations from Edgardo Ocampo, vice-president of the corporation.

According to Pineda, the vitamin supplements will be given to Covid-19 patients who are currently recuperating in the province’s quarantine facilities.

At the same time, the governor also received a thousand face masks from Bong Toledo of Six-Masskeeters from Canada.

Meanwhile, 500 sacks of rice weighing 25 kilos each, and 5,000 pairs of shoes, slippers, and sandals were received by lawyer Charlie Chua, provincial administrator, from Robert Gaza, owner of DiGaMa Waste Management Services.

Pineda extended his thanks to the help and support provided by the private sector in the corona virus response of the province.
