SOME 3,469 health workers in Angeles City were inoculated as of Tuesday, April 13, said Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr.
The mayor said the City Government continues its vaccination of private and public medical frontliners using the Sinovac vaccines donated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and coursed through the Department of Health (DOH).
Lazatin said the local government is purchasing vaccines for the city's 400,000 population.
While waiting for the vaccines, the mayor is encouraging the people of Angeles to register via the digital vaccination survey -- http:hsfcv.angelescity.gov.ph -- and participate in the ongoing household survey to identify those with comorbidities and age groups.
Lazatin said he wants to know the feedback of his constituents regarding the planned vaccination for the city.
"Gusto kong marining ang mga saloobin ng mga Angelenos tunkol sa gagawin nating pagbabakuna laban sa Covid-19 para matulungan natin silang mas maintindihan ang kabutihan na idudulot nito sa kanilang kalusugan," the mayor added.
Part of the queries needed in the survey are basic information; number of persons in the household; preferred vaccine; and health conditions including allergies and comorbidities; and if a person had been afflicted with Covid-19.
