CEBU City's top officials mourned the passing of former Cordova mayor and Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) secretary Adelino Sitoy.
Mayor Edgardo Labella said the death of Sitoy was "bittersweet," as he died on the day of the blessing of the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway.
Labella said Sitoy had been pushing for the project and contributed to realizing it.
