TYPHOON Bising (Surigae) could significantly impact the eastern portions of Luzon and Visayas, and make a landfall if it shifts westward from its current track, state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday, April 17, 2021.
