Northern Samar’s most wanted person falls

POLICE arrested the number 8 most wanted person in Northern Samar following an intense anti-criminality operation in the province.

The accused, a 75-year-old man who was facing two warrants for human trafficking and child abuse, was arrested in Barangay Ginulgan, Pambujan, Northern Samar.

Colonel Arnel Apud, director of Northern Samar Police Provincial Office, lauded Lieutenant Juditho Galit, officer-in-charge of Pambujan Municipal Police Station, along with PIT Northern Samar, Provincial Intelligence Unit, and 2nd Northern Samar Provincial Mobile Force Company for the arrest of the accused on Friday, April 16, 2021.

The arrested person was brought to the police station for documentation prior to turnover to the court of origin. (SunStar Philippines)
