CUTTING TV news just recently was the airing of Oratio Imperata asking God's protection from Covid-19, Then followed the news feature of a Filipina international beauty contestant who, the news anchor said, has made the entire country "sizzling hot" with her sexy bikini poses at a beach somewhere, with accompanying photos, of course. An awful mixture of chocolate cookies and cream?
It was a demonstration of how still misunderstood the messages from Heaven are, those that continue to be conveyed to modern mystics. There just can't be true conversion halfway, somewhere between the chocolate and the cream. It's either/or.
Remember what the Blessed Mother said in her Fatima apparitions: “More souls go to hell because of the sins of the flesh than for any other reason."
Accuse Heaven folk of fearmongering, but there is no gainsaying there is a widespread need to save souls worldwide, even at the cost of terrifying people towards conversion.
And so let me share more recent messages from the supernatural, this time from St. Michael the Archangel to Luz de Maria de Bonilla on April 27, 2021:
"You are living in times of spiritual uncertainty that are very dangerous for the children of the Woman Clothed with the Sun with the moon under Her feet... The ancient serpent, the Devil or Satan, is pursuing you without respite and attacking you, provoking the loss of faith and the elevation of your human ego...
"The forces of evil have muzzled you so that you would be afraid to proclaim that you are Divine Property before society, which is submerged in its madness and indifference at this decisive moment in which you find yourselves: the moment preceding the Warning. Everyday life makes you forget that you are sent to testify that you belong to our King and Lord Jesus Christ and to our Queen and Mother of Heaven and earth, causing you to break your harmony with Divine Love. Clarity of thought is fundamentally important, and having a heart attentive to Divine Affairs is essential in order for you not to take the wrong paths. These are times for you to struggle with your own selves and to dominate the human ego, which tells you to go in the direction opposite to the one to which you have been called.
"Beloved People of Our King and Lord Jesus Christ: events are approaching that will trap the Church of Our King and Lord Jesus Christ — the aim being to confuse you spiritually in order to carry you off as spoils of war. The Church is divided between those faithful to the Magisterium of the Church and those who are presenting a false god, totally modernized, and one who permits sin. This time is one of hard-fought spiritual struggle, and yet the great majority do not perceive it, because they are not spiritual: they are waiting for the immediate future to return to normal...
"Oh, you mad and senseless creatures! You will not go back to living as before: the events have been unleashed and are assailing all humanity. The time is pressing: diseases are encircling man and becoming more dangerous. You are in the mire and it is only those who are aware of belonging to God and being His who will emerge from the mire. Each day brings its own trials and your faithfulness to God is being constantly tested. Every day may be the last one of your life. Viruses are proliferating and becoming more aggressive; death is constantly looming over life. Do not harbor resentment; be forgiving, do not be anguished and do not discard Hope. Be transformed, change, convert, be different... be love.
"The creators of such great evil are pleased to see the decrease in the world’s population, frightening people so that they would then agree to the mark of the beast. It is urgent that you pray for one another and for all human beings. Our King and Lord Jesus Christ redeemed you from sin, but you must strive to gain eternal life.
"The economy will fall and man’s madness will be present throughout the world in the face of famine. Prepare yourselves! The People of God are strengthened in Divine Love; do not fear. I defend you in battle, I bless you." (End of quote.)
In these times that call for spiritual boost, we can resort to the words of Jesus Christ as told to mystic Maria Valtorta (1901-1961) in whom St. Padre Pio believed.
One topic is in regard to predestination which Our Lord Jesus explained as follows:
"All men without exception are predestined to grace, since I died for all.
"Those who remain faithful—at least to the natural law of the Good—are predestined to glory. Thus at the end of the ages, each one who has lived as a just man, will have his reward.
"God knows from eternity those who are destined for glory before they are born into life—that is, 'predestined.' Pay attention, then, for here is the point for understanding with justice the justice of God.
"There are those who are predestined, certainly. And God knows them before time [even] exists for them. But they are not predestined because God, with evident injustice, gives them every means to become glorious, and by every means prevents any traps for them of the demon, of the world, and of the flesh. No. God gives them what He gives to all. But they use the gifts of God with justice, and hence they win the future and eternal glory by their [own] free will.
"God knows that they will reach this eternal glory. But they do not know it, nor does God tell them in any way. Extraordinary gifts are not—of themselves — a sure sign of glory: they are a more severe means than others to test the spirit of a man in his will, virtue, and fidelity to God and to His Law. God knows. He rejoices in anticipation to know that this creature will reach glory; just as He suffers in anticipation to know that this other creature will, voluntarily, reach damnation.
"But in no way does He intervene to force the free choice of any creature so that it may arrive where God wants all to arrive: in Heaven.
"Certainly the creature's correspondence with Divine help increases its capacity to will. Because God all the more pours Himself out, as a man loves Him in truth: that is, with a charity of actions, and not [just] of words.
"And again: certainly, the more a man lives as a just man, the more God also communicates with and manifests Himself to him: an anticipation of that knowledge of God which is the bliss of the saints in Heaven; and from this knowledge comes an increase of the capacity to want [will] to be perfect. But again and always, man is free with his will, and, if after having already reached perfection, one disavows the good he has practiced up till then, and sells himself to the Evil One: God would leave him free to do it. There would be no merit if there were coercion.
"To conclude: God knows—from eternity—those who are the future eternal inhabitants of Heaven. But man, with his free will, must want [will] to reach Heaven by using well the supernatural helps which the Eternal Father gives to each of His creatures. And this [must he do] even to his last breath—whatever the extraordinary gifts he has received,3 and [whatever] the degrees of perfection he has reached.
"Remember: no one has ever truly arrived, until his 'walk' is finished. That is, no one is sure of having merited glory, until his time has ended, and immortality has begun."
