“The Clinically Recovered Certificate issued by the isolation facility signed by the medicial officer-in-charge must be sufficient to prove the previously Covid-19 positive person has already recovered, already non-infectious, and thus, is fit for reintegration to the community and to the workplace,” matod ni Garganera.
