Ylagan said that prior to their arrest, Armida "was anxious and upon asking her the whereabouts of her two sons, Armida gave her sling bag to her daughter in-law, Zarmida Rajan" when pursuing police went to their residence.

Ylagan said Armida's bag was found to be containing some 150 grams of shabu packed in three plastic sachets with an estimated value of P1,020,000 when the RDEU-Zamboanga Peninsula personnel asked her to open the sling bag.
