THIS quote dated July 30, 2018, from the Blessed Mother herself to Luz de Maria de Bonilla, in my attempt to justify my series on frightening prophecies being conveyed from Heaven through modern-day mystics: "May you not be frightened by what Heaven has declared to you so that you may prepare, but may that which you know be what leads you to increase your faith, the desire to save the soul and the desire to cooperate in the salvation of souls."
The signs of the times are undeniably with us. Already, Big Tech has started to clamp down on purported "conspiracy theorists," rather, those with some knowledge of the world's elite seeing the coronavirus pandemic as an opportunity to push a one-world government, along with a depopulation agenda. Just this morning, my favorite Catholic website on mystics remained inaccessible as I had feared would happen anytime... a sign.
Still, messages of warning continue to be issued from Heaven. Last May 3, St. Michael the Archangel had a fearful message conveyed to Luz de Maria and I share the following excerpts:
"You are heading rapidly towards the encounter with what so many of you have been expecting for years. ask the Most Holy Trinity and Our Queen and Mother for help for continuous assistance so you would not desert at the last moment.
"Wield your spiritual defenses so that the temptation of an apparent cessation of the pandemic would not make you fall prey to the evil actions of those who wish to exterminate part of the world's population.
"This had already been announced! Events will give no respite and countries will not be able to help each other quickly. Remain vigilant. The stench of the Earth rises up to the Bosom of the Trinity; the Angelic Choirs raise up their voices: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of Hosts...
"The execution of evil’s plans for extermination will not be long in coming. The war that you were silently experiencing has become public with this plague and the use of weapons is approaching for this generation, due to the arrogance of those who wish to mediate using their power.
"The invasion of food plantations by diseases is coming and with it, the specter of famine will advance upon the Earth...
"Chaos comes through the sickness of body and spirit; you have forgotten the leaven of life - love.
"Examine yourselves. It is urgent that each one of you look inside yourselves; this is not a game, for in doing so you are deciding between conversion, salvation or continuing to deceive yourselves and losing your souls.
"Be sincere with yourselves. At this moment you cannot be the same spiritually irresponsible people as yesterday; it is urgent that you commit co inner change now!
"The ageing Earth will shake forcefully, like one straining not to collapse. Great cities that have harbored the unbridled free will of the human creature will be strongly shaken.
"Do not tire of waiting: prepare yourselves, as the arduous work of the soul, the sufferings and shortages accompanying the fall of the world economy, will lead this generation to total Purification.
"Dedicate a special month to our Queen and Mother. This month, give the Mother of Our King and Lord Jesus Christ the love that she deserves.
"Pray and put prayer into practice. Our Mother intercedes for you: dedicate this month in a special way and be constant for the rest of your life. (End of quote.)
And now I again cite Anne a Lay Apostle who is Kathryn Clarke of Kilmore Diocese, Ireland. She has been receiving messages mostly from Our Lord Jesus since 2003 and these messages were compiled in 10 volumes titled "Direction for our Times."
To establish her credibility (as I plan to quote her volumes copiously in the next columns), let me quote Archbishop Philip M. Hannan, president of FOCUS Worldwide Network, retired bishop of New Orleans in his letter dated Oct. 11, 2004, thus:
"I am very much impressed with the messages delivered by Ann who states that they are received from God the Father, Jesus, and the Blessed Mother. They provide material for excellent and substantial meditation for those to whom they are intended, namely to the laity, to bishops and priests, and sinners. With particular difficulties. These messages should not be read hurriedly but reserved for a time when heartfelt recollection and examination can be made.
Anne's bishop, Most Reverend Leo O’Reilly, Bishop of Kilmore, Ireland gave permission for the publication of the volumes which have been submitted to the Vatican Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith for formal examination.
World-renowned Catholic Dr. Mark Miravalle, professor of Theology and Mariology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville wrote on Oct 13, 2006: "After an examination of the reported messages and an interview with the visionary herself, I personally believe that the messages received by Anne are of supernatural origin.
Anne, wife, mother of six and a secular Franciscan first experienced spiritual healing in her first trip to Medjugorje, a trip gifted her by her husband on her 40th birthday. Thus began her supernatural experiences.
Here now, I quote excerpts that I find so meaningful from Direction for our Times, as these words of Jesus explain the value of earthly sufferings, among other things:
Jesus on May 7, 2004: "I do not force souls to choose heaven. That would be coercion, not salvation. You must choose Me yourself. If you choose Me, follow Me. That is all. Very simple. Then why do we have all of these problems? I will tell you most solemnly that most souls are choosing the side of darkness. They will deny this, speaking of silly things like secular humanism and a Volume Five person’s right to choose. I assure you that a human being does not have the right to choose against God. That is not one of the choices you have been allowed. So when a soul chooses against God, he chooses to follow the enemy. Again, this is simple. The father of lies draws souls but only those souls who say 'yes' to the darkness.
"Choose Me, then follow Me. You would not choose Me and then follow a path that leads away from Me. Many are doing just that because they do not like the earthly sacrifices that come with following My course. Little ones, you will laugh at the nothings of this earth when you die in your body and are born into your eternity. If you have sacrificed your eternity or your crown in heaven for the nothings of this world, your regret and bitterness will be profound. This is not for you. You are for heaven so I want you to learn all about Me, your Redeemer, and God, My Father, and all of our saints and true servants. I want you to learn about My Church on earth. I want you to have the answers when someone asks you why you follow this carpenter’s Son..."
