Theresa Panganiban, Engineer Jun Sangalang and Soliman E.C Septic Tank Disposal owner and GM Epitacio C. Soliman Jr. signed on Friday, May 14, 2021, the tripartite agreement between Sta. Rita and Soliman E.C. and Balibago Waterworks for the septage management program for residentials and signing of bilateral agreement for the collection of hazardous waste for commercial establishment. Joining them are Legal and Compliance head Dan Mart Caleon and Haze Waste manager Aiza Garcia. (Chris Navarro)
