The reopening of the Cebu City Sports Center after more than a year since it was closed made a lot of people happy, especially those who miss jogging or walking at the oval.
The current restrictions imposed by management are understandable and necessary to ensure that users comply with minimum health protocols like the wearing of masks and social distancing.
However, I feel that enforcers don’t treat everybody equally. They accost some but leave others alone. It doesn’t help that many of their co-employees are the main violators.
