A NEWBORN baby with its umbilical cord still attached was found floating in a river in Purok 8, Barangay Lao, Ormoc City Friday, May 14, 2021.
The unidentified infant, who was only 1 to 3 days old, was already lifeless when found by the authorities Friday afternoon.
According to the police, the baby was already in a stage of decomposition.
