Labella mihangyo; demolisyon wa madayon
Wa mahinayon ang pagguba sa 35 ka mga balay sa sityo Kamagong, Barangay Lahug, Dakbayan sa Sugbo sa Miyerkules sa buntag, Mayo 19, 2021, human nisanong sa hangyo ni Mayor Edgardo Labella ang huwes sa Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 11 nga kini ioktaba og unom ka buwan.
Si Labella nipadala og suwat ngadto kang Assisting Judge Vivien Leigh Santiago-Lumangtad sa MTCC Branch 11 may labot sa Second Notice to Implement sa writ of demolition niadtong Marso 29, 2021.
“For humanitarian reasons, considering that these persons are still recovering from effects of the ongoing Covid pandemic, I am personally appealing that this honorable court hold in abeyance the scheduled demolition on May 19,20, 21,24 and 25 , 2021and give us 6 months to assist these families in finding a suitable relocation site for them,” tipik sa suwat ni Labella nga nadawat sa MTCC niadtong Mayo 19.
