PEPPERS Twenty One, the first fine-dining steakhouse in Central Luzon, finally reopens following its enhanced health and safety dine-in measures under the new normal.

An esteemed restaurant gem well known for its dry-aged meats, gourmet dishes, and attentive service, Peppers Twenty One is set to feature its popular well-curated menu in an evolved dining experience.

“We’re very much excited to welcome our diners back who eagerly awaited this. It is our pleasure to allow them to experience the indulgence they all came to love complemented by the standard of safety they can enjoy,” Widus Hotel and Casino General Manager Tarek Aouini said.

Aouini added that the enhanced health and sanitation measures are applied from food preparation to table service to make sure everyone can still experience the new standard of indulgence without worries.

Before entry, all guests are required to wear their face masks and face shields, undergo mandatory temperature scan and fill out a health declaration form conveniently scanned through quick response (QR) code.

The gastronomic experience begins as respective guests are assisted to their designated seats which observe strict physical distancing.

Menu can be easily viewed via a QR code and disposable forms are also given to take orders. Individually sterilized and plastic-sealed utensils are also prepared for all guests.

Further hygiene measures include the provision of paper bags for face masks to prevent the spread of viruses and contactless payment solutions via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and online bank transfer.

In adherence to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases rules, the food and beverage outlet operates at a 10-percent maximum capacity and has allocated friendly food attendants in personal protective gear to safely accommodate guests and serve food.
