Nangulo si Dr. Abdullah Dumama Jr., Department of Health (DOH) undersecretary for the Visayas and Mindanao field implementation and coordination team, sa paglusad sa "acceptance ceremony" didto sa Francisco Bangoy International Airport (Davao International Airport).
